Need handles to cover these areas. 4 - 5 inches long.

I have a Pella lifestyle bow window with crank out windows on each side. The left side looking out is stripped and won't crank out. I cannot seem to find the part number for crank mechanism. Also unsure how left or right is figured out. Please let me know. Thanks!

i was looking at older della operators and they are not marked as left or right
