I'm looking for the part that is in the pictures provided. It is a (safety device?) that stops the window from raising all the way up on the second floor of the house. I need 4 of these white window sash vent stops for my windows. see attached photo and label that was on one of the windows. toll Bros put these windows in a few years ago, I think they are silver line 8002344228bob

there are paper tags on the underside of the inner sash but all of them are faded and cannot be read. Need to know who made them so i can order parts from your company!

These are designed to prevent the window from being lifted more than a few inches

I need the window latch and the safety latch to keep from opening all the way

Hi there!Take a look at our 26-122 and see if our dimensions match up to your original hardware. This looks to be an off-white color, but it's hard to say since lighting plays a big factor.

I have new Simonton windows, and our builder didn't leave any spare parts. Wee have a vent lock that broke on one window and needs to be replaced.

Can you please tell me if you have replacement parts for these tilt latches and vent latches? I don't know the brand/model of the window, but have included photos of the stickers on the top of the top pane which should help.

As far as I can tell the window cut out is 9/32 wide and approx. 1 7/8 long. I looked thru your site and cant seem to find this. Need replacement latch(s)for Silver Line Window. The broken piece in the pic is all we have of the original. The slot in the window measures 1 7/8" x 1/4".
