90-278 Lock & Keeper, 2-1/16"

Part says 9311 A-S PA with a B at the bottom of the lock. Measurements between the holes I believe is 2 1/8 and from the hole to the back of the lock measures 11/16.

This latch is off of a double hung wood window. Window brand name Portrait Made by Carolina Builders Lumber Yard AKA Stock Building Supply You can see the number 8300-02 body Any help appreciated Thank You

I have ordered a few versions but never seem to quite get it right. Vinyl double pane windows from 2015. I believe they are a window made by Anderson

First I really need the flip latch. I d also like the lock and the small plastic tab that keeps windo from opening. All pictures attached. Thank you

These locks are on windows approximately 8 years old. Tan in color.

Looking for a replacement for this guy. The windows have two latches, this one locks to the right, the other locks to the left. There is an L imprinted on the latch mechanism. I believe it's 2 1/16" hole to hole and 11/16" backset

I believe Alcoa is the manufacturer. The windows were installed in 2013. It's 1"x 2 3/4". Stamps on inside of latch: AN 8300-02 8301-1 8313 002

This latch is on vinyl sliding windows installed in 2003. The double latch plate allows for the window to be locked open 1" in a vent mode. MDC is slightly visible on the underside near the screw hole. A direct match is not necessary, just a latch that will work. Thanks, Bill

I bought item # 90-300 face mount keeper and sash lock for double hung vinyl windows that were on house when I bought it 3 yrs ago. The face mount keeper that came with lock is too long which means it sets up too high to catch locking mechanism. I need a keeper that is 1 inch high with holes that ar ... (cont.)

I have been unable to track down this lock in stores or online. We purchased an older home and the previous owners changed 1 lock. We would like to match them. Thank you.

Distance from center of hole to center of hole on locking mechanism is 2 and 1/16 inches. Underside of locking mechanism as shown in picture has "2 R". Latch receiver distance from center of hole to center of hole is 1 inch. Trying to replace these part, as some are broken or missing. ... (cont.)
