I am looking for a spring rod balance system 28 inches long, spring is 12 1/2 inches. I am also looking for window locks these are 2 3/4 inch. Thank you

hi , this is a sash lock please help me get replacement the screws are 2 1/16 apart matching Product Code: 90-278 but the keeper is 2 1/4 apart and 7/32 thick -what do i need ?

I need to purchase two pivot pins for the top sash of a double hung window. I think the pin matches this one-flared pivot bar 2 1/2" 26-412. the original pin on one side broke off inside the pivot shoe and I don't know how to get it out of the shoe. EPI latches

The tricky part here is the keeper that slides under the slot in the window frame. I ordered and then had to return a set that had the keeper on top which wouldn't allow the window to slide over it.

the throw on the lock is only approx 3/16"I have purchased window balances from you in the past and I was hoping you might be able to sell me these ?Thanks!Mark

We have a Silver line brand window by Anderson. It is the right window locking mechanism. The plastic handle broke off the circle hole. The windows were installed in summer 2015 in Bucks County Pennsylvania by our builder. We urgently need to replace this part. Thank you.
