15-211 Pivot Shoe, 17/32" Thick

Hi,My 20 year old tilt windows take a 26-297 pivot bar, which has a channel that is 1/4" wide and 3/16" tall. I can't seem to locate the 9/16" pivot shoe with that size opening. The ones I ordered were 15-173. The opening in them is too big.Thank you,Jim

The windows are Wenco Polyvinyl double hung windows, tilt sash. We have 90 of them total. We need the bottom tilt pins, the sash latch on the side of the frame, center window lock and the balancers. In your videos of other shoes it looks like there is a slot to install the pivot bars in and it makes re-installing the window look so easy. With the 15-211 however, you have to wedge the first pivot bar in, tilt the window up to allow it to move and then try to fit the other pivot bar in the other ... (cont.)

Need to replace spiral windowl tilt balancer L=28" dia :28" black , pivot lock shoe L2" W 15/16 T 9/16 ( which should fit the better bilt die cast pivot bar 85-698 ) Please advice me. Tnx

These are windows from 1994. On the window, has 3 numbers: 83720511.1, SH 2850 and 2V1H6L Do you have these shoes?
