Clips located on replacement sashes

I need balancers and pivot pins for Biltbest double hung windows 41 D 14 each, 43 D 8 each, 15 each left hand pivot pins, 15 each right hand pivot pins.

This piece has broken off from the bottom of the window. The manufacturer is shutter craft.

One of these broke and I can't find a replacement. the part is 1" long and the pin section is 3/4" deep

Can you get your hands on this pivot? It's an Anderson window. I'll need two of them. Thank you.

There are two pictures from my broken part/window. I also included a picture from your on line catalog. I can send measurements if needed. My part looks similar to yours; however yours looks like it has a triangle shape and mine is more rectangular. Thanks Mike

Dear Swisco, My wood double-paned Gienow windows are 16-18 years old. Two of the windows have broken parts that I have not been able to find and the folks who sell Gienow out of Canada are no help.
