These latches slide into the top of the sash from the side. I also need both of the lower pivots and two of the screws.

hello, we have a pivot bar here from a very old unknown brand of window. it is a double hung. this came out of the lower operator sash. can you help me find a replacement

Please see the attached picture of the side mount pivot we are looking for. Many of the dimensions match the 26-402 however as you can see ours only has one hole. Please let me know what is available. Thank you.

I could not find a match for our L-shaped pivot bar (see uploaded photo of an unbroken one). The closest is 26-402 where the length is 1.25 in rather than 1.50 in. Installing that with the given screw holes would put the window higher by 0.25 in and prevent locking. Making new screw holes in the win ... (cont.)

Hello. Need a pivot bar and balance. Left side pivot bar if you're looking at window from inside house Right side balance if you're looking at window from inside house. Balance says 37C.

A customer sent me this picture, they are looking for a new pivot bar for their window. Do you have anything similar to this?

These are on both sides of the window. One has a '16' and the other has a '13', but no other markings. I broke one of them but may as well get both replacement parts.
