Fits on dual pain window with springs loaded rails

Pella double hung window. Pivot bar broke.

I need two new pivot bars. Pics attached of what I need. There is a number "3" inscribed on this piece.

Bottom part that fits into balance for bottom right of window pane broke off when attempted to tilt window to wash. Photos show the left side with part intact. Part 26-402 was a perfect fit for my circa 2008 Biltbest double hung windows. I managed to break the pivot bars when taking out the sash for repair. I think the receiving pivot sockets in the window frame got gummed up. This put too much stress on the pivot bars and broke them when I tilted the ... (cont.)

I'm trying to track down this part. It is stamped with the numbers 23181. There is another marking above that number, but I can't read it. Thanks

Thanks for taking a look at this. I can tell you that there is a marking on the side at the center of the "T"- the number 2.

This is located on the sash of the window. It hooks into another part and it makes the window go up and down.
