58-180 Stick-On Foam Door Seal

WE HAVE A NEW COMMERCIAL STEEL ENTRY DOOR & FRAME THAT THE CONTRACTOR INSTALLED A TUBE SHAPED WEATHER SEAL ON THE FACE OF THE STEEL DOOR FRAME. IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED ONLY 2 WEEKS AND IS VERY UNSATISVACTORY. IT LEAKS BAD AND HAS ALREADY SHRUNK TO THE POINT THAT IT LETS SNOW INTO THE INSIDE OF THE DOO ... (cont.)

This is for older Thermal/ever guard windows with Truth hardware. Im worried about removing a sample because its becoming brittle(sun damaged)and it seems to be really attach well to the sill-frame. Im guessing that it could be pulled-out like most weatherstripping.

i have to replace original kerf and have no idea where to find it. or what kind of substitute to use. any info would be appreciated. thanks

Hello Swisco, I have a ACORN DoRWALL sliding glass door. The vertical strip where both sliding doors meet, is chipped and cracked. With this chips and cracks air now passes through and so I'd like to buy a replacement strip. Do you have this part available? Thanks, Peter
