15-212 Pivot Shoe, 3/8" Thick

I ordered the 15-134 based upon the look and color of the center. When i recived them and put them side by side the center hole size i need is larger then your 15-134. Which model do i need and how do i return?

I need a pivot lock shoe for a Carefree vinyl window the is 15/16 wide x 2 1/4 high x 3/8 thick. The locking portion pushes against the back wall, not the sides. Thanks

I have 7 windows Better Built purchased in 2004 they are aluminum size 52 3/4 x 62 3/4 model 740 series. I need pivot shoe replacements size aprox. 2in long thickness 1/4in 15/16 in wide color insert is black. Any help would be appreciated.Can I send a sample?
