15-212 Pivot Shoe, 3/8" Thick

I believe I need the 15-045 pivot shoe 3/8" thick and the 29" Series S600 5/8" diameter spiral tilt window balance. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hello, I did not know that replacing my window balancers was an option. I just found your site and am really excited that this might be a possibility. The windows are Wenco Polyvinyl double hung windows, tilt sash. We have 90 of them total. We need the bottom tilt pins, the sash latch on the side of the frame, center window lock and the balancers. The picture that I have sent comes from my window it is 3/8 x 15/16 do not know how long because the top broke off, but have found a part that seems to be fit # 15-212. I believe that this is the part , maybe someone could look and see if it is or not.

The photos do not indicate the overall dimensions very well. As best I can tell the shoes are 2 inches high by 3/8 inch thick by 1 inch wide. It was hard to really accurately measure the width. Hopefully 1inch will fit without being too tight. It looks like your part number 15-045 will work but I wo ... (cont.)

The spiral balance is 29" x 3/8 The tilt lock has numbers 375, 15L, and pat pend 5.139.281 The lock blocks are less than 3/8 thick x 2 1/16 tall, with the pivot just under 1/2" I need help to get part numbers so I can order enough to rebuild eleven windows.

I need the P/N for the spiral balance shoe that has the 5/16 opening vs the 1/4" wide opening.

Purchased two 15-045 a few months ago. Made it work but had to ream out the hole for the window mount tab. The dimension of the shoe I need is 3/8 thick, 1 3/4 long, 15/16 wide. The top of the shoe shown in the picture is broken off.
