15-212 Pivot Shoe, 3/8" Thick

To whom it may concern. I require two spring assemblies and the two screws that mount the spring assy. Also, the two lower plastic assemblies. that

looking for a pair of 3/8" pivot shoes for a 29" spiral balance. The shoe is 2" high, 15/16" wide and 3/8" deep. the window weighs appx 15 lbs.

So these shoes are 3/8" x 1" x 2". I ordered the 15-045 and apparently to bar does not fit into the pivot shoe. It is 1/4". The opening aon the actual is larger. So i need something differnent so the shoe will accept the bar. The bat on existing is 1/4" but does not fit into the 15-045. It is 3 1/4" ... (cont.)

Need help identifying exactly which tilt shoes we need. Here are pictures of the current ones beside a tape measure. It has a black center and from what we can tell only is 3/8" thick. The spiral is broken from the part that holds the window. I sent 3 pictures of the spiral and part.

Hello, I have these old windows and would like to replace the balance mechanisms on the side but am having trouble finding the parts. Some of the windows won't stay open and some are just very difficult to open (feel stuck).
