Hello, pivot lock is 15/16inch wide, 31/16inch long, 3/8 inch deep. Cam is 5/16in wide, 1/4 in long, about 5/16 in deep.

Hello, I removed the window balances and I am trying to find replacement parts as soon as posisble. The only markings on the old one are "FV B 1" and "FV A4" , not very helpful. Do you have? 2" x 1" with curve metal prongs. 29" rod with black rubber tip and 2 notches 3/8" diameter.

Hi!!! I'm having a real hard time locating these parts. The tube is 3/8" and length is 28 7/8" with a black tip. There are no identifying marks anywhere. I'm not sure if I'm missing it on your website. Thank you!!! Joe
