Hello this unit is broken and I need to replace it. Does the end unit of the spiral matter? Or will any replacement end work? I would like to go ahead and replace the other side as well so they both match. I don't even know the proper name for these. Thanks

I have taken pictures of the parts I need and I measured of the spiral balance. I also need a pivot shoe. The spiral balance is 28 1/2' long. Thank you, the windows are able to tilt. Unknown window manufacturer. Measured lock shoe thickness is 23/64" (3/8). Width is 15/16". Think part # 15-212 should work. Are black cams all the same or do I need to measure the cam? Thank you

Trying to find this part. The part at the top broke off Windows are from Window world. Top windoe does not move . Bottom only tilts. Looks like part is 3/8inche thick and almost a inch wide. Thank you

I ordered 15-045 Pivot Shoe ,3/8 Thick but the part where the window hooks in is to small compared to the one in pictures.

Photos attached are of a pivot lock shoe from Survivor series 2100 window installed in 2003. The teeth in the lock shoe do not securely hold the 'prongs' in the internal spiral. They are 29" long width of 3/8 and the window sash weight is 22 lbs. Should I order the red, or green. Also need 4 balancers for a 26" length 3/8 width with 9 lb. Window sash also need 4 window balancer length 29" width 3/8 window sash weighs 25 lb.

Hi there, the springs here are 3/8". Laying them side by side you can see a difference in length; the short ones are 28 1/4" and the long ones are 25 1/2". I believe if I buy replacement 28" springs I can adjust where the springs are mounted by 1/2 or 1/4" as necessary to compensate for the differen ... (cont.)
