15-212 Pivot Shoe, 3/8" Thick

You can see this is a busted tilt window shoe. My window has a spiral balance. I measured this 3/8" x 15/16". You can see that in this original shoe the metal teeth sit below plastic teeth. I don't see any identical models in your store. What will work?

I need help identifying this tilt latch. They are simply falling apart :/ I also need to replace the pivot shoes. I measure them 1.25" wide & 3/8" thick. I need part number for Pivot Shoe, 1/2" thick, 15/16" wide. Similar to 15-046 but 15/16" wide, not 1 1/4" wide.

The house we recently purchased has two different eras of tilt windows, half from the mid 80's, the other half from the early 20's. I am replacing some spiral balances in my single hung tilt windows. I already bought some series 900 3/8" spiral balances from Swisco, and now I realize that I need to replace some of my pivot shoes as well. However, I cannot find an exact match. This appears to be a plastic part with a metal retainer to support the pressure from the spiral balance. Looking for several replacement sash cradles. Any ideas?

These are better built tilt windows. The 15-211 cam is deeper than what I have. Please advise

Not sure about the correct part,I purchased some pivot shoes from you years ago and they worked after I enlarged the hole, but they are a bit loose in the track, about a 1/16 too slim. maybe you can find me the perfect fit 3/8 " thick 2" long 1" wide

I ordered from you 3 inch pivot bars 26-089 snd 26-063. I also ordered pivot shoe 15-045. The pivot shoe is fine except the hole in the pivot shoe (into which the pivot bar is inserted) is a bit too small to accomodate the pivot bars. Hi guys, Well I ordered the 900 series balance system and pivot shoes Product Code: 15-134 swico. The problem now is, everything fits , except the cam hole, it's to small, the pivot bar is a little bit bigger so it won't fit in. So what are my options? New pivot bars? Hi, I bought one your 3/8" pivot shoes last week but the slot for the window tilt bar is too small, per the pic I uploaded. Do you have something that will fit my shoe?

im replacing parts on a 20 yr old window. pivot bar is: L shaped 3/16 thick, 15/16 long leg 10/16 short leg. long leg has a round piece that sticks out, 3 to 4 16ths.Also pivot shoe: 3/8 wide 2 1/16 long rotating bushing with rectangular cutout is 3/16 by 5/16. I have Better Bilt tilt windows installed in a 2002 home. Some windows have become difficult to open and close. I have not attempted to adjust the tension on the balances.
