It is 29 inches long with a white plastic covering. This came off a bedroom window and needs replacement. I also will need the adjustment tool. The diameter of the spiral balance is 3/8 inches

I had to create an access hole at the top behind the window stop to gain access to part..per your self help video.. looking at what you have on inventory would the part with product code 15-045

Hello I need to replace the spiral balances, pivot shoes and sash locks on 14 windows. The spiral balance measured 28 inches and they are 3/8'. I recently purchased Balancers for one of My windows and added the shoes. The shoes I received were different than mine.The shoes I received are 1/4 wide and mine are 5/16, same as the My pivot rod channel width. Hi I bought 8 of the 15-045 but the cam opening for the pivot bar was too small. The installed pivot shoe is approximately 31/32 in wide. 3/8 thick and slightly less than 2 in long (about 1 15/16). Sash balance is stamped BSI 28B AT, dimensions of this shoe are 3/8 × 15/16 × 1 7/8, with a red pivot. Need to replace this shoe and clip from which shoe connects to sash balance. Thank you for your assistance- Greg

The shoe measures 1 1/4 wide 2" tall and 3/8 thick. The pivot bar that goes with it is one screw 2" long 5/16 wide by 3/16 I found the bar but can't seem to find the shoe on your site. Please help Michael.
