39-107FK Truth Folding Handle And Cover Kit

I need to upgrade and replace the old Anderson cranks with nesting cranks in bronze. The dimensions are 5 1/4" width and 1" height and the crank length is 3 1/2". No visible screws.

Looking to replace it with folding closure like thie first picture

Which ones would I need to replace the depicted ones with? Thanks for your help.

The picture shows the casement crank currently installed. It is 5"across the top, 4 1/2" across the bottom and 1 1/2" along the side. I ordered the Truth Folding Handle with Cover and the crank worked just fine (it screwed in and cranked the window), however the placement of the hole is on the side instead of the the middle. Cover says Truth hardware with a 3 printed on it.Handel has Truth printed on it with a 21. The cut out size is 5 inches for the crank assembly. Which folding white crank with centered handle item will replace these existing ones?
