Hi there, My client's window crank is not opening all of the way, and it appears to be the roller is dropping into the removal area halfway through the crank. The bracket, IMG_4256, as mounted, has the pin on the bottom right. I believe this is 39-524, but the pin orientation has me concerned. Please confirm which is the correct bracket. Have a window crank I need to replace. On the long arm it says Entry Gard Truth, on the lottle are It is 20810A.

I measured, the best I could, the long arm being 8 3/4" the short arm at approximately 4"

Roto, only marking is the letter B.

I have some older Truth branded travelers for casement window that need replacement as the cranks have failed The primary part stamps on the travelers appear to be 30841L and 30842R.
