We need a entryguard, truth 31503 @ 31506 window operator, left and right. Do you sell this? The small arm is 3.5", the second arm is 6" long

I need a right of this. I ordered some but the arm that's connected to the hinge pin on the window is too long. Please help

The gears on the actuator arms jam and prevent the full opening motion of the window. The long arm on the right side is approx 9.25 inches and has 40754 stamped on the underside, and also says EntryGuard Truth. The shorter arm on the left is approx 4.5 inches and is marked 20610. The teeth to this part are stripped. I need to replace the entire crank and attached arms as pictured. The brand is "Truth" and the 2 numbers that are on the arm are: R30842 and 20755. Thanks, Nick

I did not disassemble as I'm worried that I may not be able to correctly put it back together. The crank works somewhat but the gears feel as though they are slipping or stripped. Are you able to identify a full replacement set from these photos? I cannot find any markings of what brand the window ... (cont.)

also, the plastic roller on the outermost location of the outside part comes out of the thing it rolls in, so we have to go outside and put it back in; the window is still good, but the whole crank mechanism seems like it could be replaced also can't figure out how to get the crank to stay in its h ...
