Hello I have a casement window installed. I'm wondering if there is any security device where I can keep the window cracked an inch and not have it opened any more from the outside. I would like the ability to open it from the inside in case of a fire. Thank you.

i have 2006 pella proline casement windows and a few lower plastic clips have broked. these clips let you open the sash to 90 degrees to make cleaning easier. i am guessing there are left hand and right hand parts.
