Side sliding windows. Metal latch broken 1 1/16th inch by 2 inches (photo of unbroken latch on window and photo of broken latch removed from window)

I am dealing with a broken sash keeper that is stuck in the frame. I need some suggestions on how to remove it and once I do, what replacement part might fit this? It's an old house and sadly, none of the windows or frames have any model numbers.

Hi, I really need help finding our window lock piece that the lock latches onto to keep it shut. I can't find it at Home Depot or Lowe's unfortunately. I could really use help! Thanks in advance

Hi lock Expert- Please see if you can help me find a replacement window lock. The lock needs to be flush with the non sliding door.

I am checking availability/price of window latches shown (3 ea.), black. Lock mount holes are 5/32" diameter, 2 1/16" apart. Latch mount holes are5/32 diameter, 1" apart. Thank you, Tim

Looking for keeper for Windsor sliding window white vinyl.It is a cast aluminum keeper.see attached photo.I will buy both keeper and latch: lock if necessary .The screw spacing is about 2 1/16 on the lock and 1" on keeper Thanks you for your help Tom

Vinyl window keeper broke

Hello, I have been looking for weeks to try found 2 for my house... The first keeper that we need is to replace the old broken one. Update we took it apart for better identification we have tilt windows and need replacement parts

Balance is 32" long Has a hook at the top and a balance shoe at the bottom. It looks like a 15-194 it measured closet to that picture. Pivot bar looks like 26-021 matches dementions pretty good.
