Hi, I moved into a condo and the windows have Acorn clips and they are all broken. Can you help me identify which part I need?

I can't find any names or numbers. The latch is about 2 inches long and 1 in wide.

I have an apartment building with a bunch of these windows. I'd need the guide that the coil attaches too. The latches that allow it to tilt outwards and a spare coil tube as well.
