Hi this came off a Reynolds I looked at the swisco# 26-412 and the dimensions don't exactly line up.

Top section of an older upvc window. 2 parts broke off from the side of the window. I need two replacement parts

I cannot find any brand names on the windows. What should I put on what they call these? The metal rods protruding from the windows that latch onto the spring assembly, has also broken. Do you sell those as well?

Folks,we bought a house with 20 year old replacement windows. The original installer was Bristol Aluminum from Bristol, RI. They claim they have no replacement parts for the windows that were made in Smithfield, Rhode Island, by Riverdale windows and Door. The installer was less than helpful.... ... (cont.)

The part that fits into the shoe allowing the window to tilt. It is plastic and has broken off. Can it be replaced?

I found this part on your site part # 26-412 but mine is 1 inch and 3/4..... See attached ...do you have anything or do I have to cut it.

Looking for 2 pivot bars a little bit over an inch or so to match the above ones I sent in this email. It looks as a small part was broken off. The window is from the seventies and the window cavity seems not to hold much over an inch.

Hi there! I have a problem where both of the pivot bars on our hung window have sheered off. I am trying to figure out a replacement, and am having a hard time doing so. I don't need an exact replacement, but anything that could do the trick would be helpful.
