The (horizontal) piece of metal connecing to the pivot shoe seems to be broken (on both sides). The top part of the window doesn't stay and keep falling down to the bottom. What would I need to do/replace in order to fix this problem. Thank you. Tom

Hello. My windows are needing some TLC. They are slowly falling apart. Are any of these parts covered under warranty? Latches are breaking as shown and one of the rods that allow the window to go up and down and tilt out broke as it seems to me.

I finally took apart a window to find the right part, the hold on my existing bar is tapped for the screw? Do you know if these holes are threaded or do I need to purchase a tap to thread it myself? Or perhaps the metal is soft to self tap with screw? Thank you. I indentified 26-412 ?? ... (cont.)

Hi, I need to find replacements for these sash pivots. These are in the upper sashes of the windows in a house we bought and are breaking. The lower sashes have metal ones. Either would be fine. Thank you!

Looking for a flared pivot bar. The dimensions are in the attached photos. Didn't find anything on your website that was exactly the same but maybe something could work?

I have two windows which need these pieces replaced. So, am talking about 4 balance bars (with grey shoes (20-3) and four pivots which match. Sash was dropped and need replacement parts for the items above.

Hi, Looking for replacement top sash pivot bars. Mine are plastic. The are 2 5/16" long, 3/16" thick, 5/16" wide but the distance between screw holes seems to be about 1 1/8" to 1 3/16". Distance from end to closest screw hole is 7/8" and to farthest screw hole is 2".

All original parts have crumbled and I only have pieces. Looking for 16 replacements to replace in 8 windows. Silverline wouldn't cover under warranty, but provided product number Top pivot pins part# 08-C1074. Hoping you can confirm accurate part. Thanks!

Pivot bar 6, 3/4 " interior glazing strip and tilt in latch all for double hungs

The part shown in photo pivotshoe2 broke. The empty portion in privotshoe1 held the broken part. The label on the window is "52-1006-WHT", 13051014, 250411
