Please help me with getting correct replacement tracks and parts. Opening is 60 inches and doors are each 29 1/2.

I have bifold mirrored doors manufactured in 1999 by Contractors Wardrobe (CW). The pivot bracket on one side jumps in the track, and the door will not open or close properly. Hello, I need replacement top and bottom tracks for two 36" bifold mirrored closet doors. Are the top and bottom tracks different? Is it better to do two 36" tracks or one 72" track? Thanks!

3" long, upper portion is 1/2"W, 7/8"W when measuring bottom side (wings). The lower track has two grooves or tracks.
