the little plastic thing slides in a channel, helps depress the sides to tilt out window for cleaning. on the door, the fake dividers are falling apart, could use replacements. they just wedge in

One is missing and the other one does not seem to stay in the track

Need name of, part number, etc for this piece. Photo is of right hand side. Need left hand side piece which is missing.

These little guys keep the tilt wash slider release clips from dropping into the track below- you have the clips I need, but how about these little guys?

How do I get the Anderson S-400n DH TiltWash into this grove?

Anderson apparently no longer makes these parts. I have contacted them and they only carry shorter, gray pieces that don't work. They slide in and out of the sash easy, but are at least 20 years old and have become brittle. Is there any way of replacing them?

Small plastic piece for removing the bottom sash

I am trying to reinstall a tilt wash assist that fell out when my wife was cleaning the windows but am having a hard time based on your directions in other posts. The Tilt Wash Assist I have I am unable to compress the sides. It's made of hard plastic. It also appears to be beige in color not white ... (cont.)

Ordered these replacements; however, no installation instructions. Can someone direct me to where I can obtain installation instructions?
