Would like to order these parts tilt latches (lh 26-177 & th 26-176) also pivot bars 26-089 & locks CW16T125 2.

Looking for replacement of top tilt corner latch. 3 3/8 x 1 1/4". Markings on revese see picture - 11195L. need both left and right. Thanks for your help.

RIGHT HAND LATCH. WINDOWS ARE APPROX. 26-27 YEARS OLD

The number on the latch is 11196 right and left. I hope you can help. The company where we bought the windows is closed.

I am looking for a replacement for this 3.5" tilt latch. The screw holes are 2.5" apart.

The framework between the glass panes is repeatedly stamped "SAI" and "88". The latches that release the pane are marked "Tilt Safe (Pat. Pending)" Is this a Season All window?

I'm putting together an order for parts for some windows in a 1994 era townhouse; the 29" blue tip series 600 balances and the 17/32 pivots match up to what I have, but my tilt sash latches are 2.5" C to C, with 5/8 from the outer screw to the sash edges. Dear Swisco, I am looking to replace 54" high orange spiral window balances. Is this something you have in stock? If not what would be a rough estimate per piece to have them made? This part is for our Season All windows. It is the part which holds the tilt window into the track when unlocked and sliding up or down. The parts are Left Hand and Right Hand.
