My computer was acting up earlier and I am not sure if you received the previous email, but I now have pictures. I have Season All Industries windows, model 195 that were installed in 1985. This part is for our Season All windows. It is the part which holds the tilt window into the track when unlocked and sliding up or down. The parts are Left Hand and Right Hand. We need to order a combination or sets. On the back of the plastic casting is a number 1196 R and on the other side 1196 ... (cont.)

My son is remodeling his high schools press box as his Eagle Scout Project. The windows aren't working properly and they have signs saying not to open because the windows will fall out. Looks like all of the latches are either broken or just not working properly.

Hello. I am in need of right handed and left handed replacement window latches. Due to the age of the windows some of the latches have broken off causing the window to be unsecure. I have another part I am trying to match. I think I found it on your web site, but there are a lot of options and I want to be 100% on this. I have attached photo. Since you will probably ask, the screw holes are 2-1/4" apart. I don't know if it's R/H or L/H. Thanks!

Is there a special tool to activate and deactivate the 26-177 tilt latch locking mechanism (screw)?

What is the distance from the edge to the face of the tongue of the 26-177? Thanks for your help.
