Acorn Windows ??
Looks like a double hung sash window lock but fits slider Aluminum Frame windows. Home was built in 1986. Looks like it matches your 90-025 (9o-020?) lock

Replacement channel balances, top guides, and locks
I would appreciate any help identifying the correct replacements for the pictured parts. The only markings I can find on the channel balances say 24C BSI VA. I can provide additional photos, if needed.
