I examined the current Broken Balancer and obtained these #s (11600-17) and #(1331 2 8P90) which Balancer do you supply for replacement. Is the replacement universal for right and left sides? Thanks Mike

This balancer is from a house built in 1989, Andersen 200 series narroline window. Visible glass measurement on the lower sash is 27 15/16" high, 36 7/16" wide. Per Andersen's window sizing chart, the replacement balancers should be 16L - Part #: 1626082 and 16R - Part #: 1626084 but I would like to ... (cont.)

I could not find the replacement on you web site. My window is 47L x 32H. Attached is a photo. There's a sticker that says 13-31. engraved under the sticker is 12 31 In the corner is 122. Thanks Dan

I need an Andersen sash balance for a Narrowline 3456 that was installed in 1986. It is a discontinued model. Here are the markings on the old balance: 1160017 and No 13 # 31 10 86 Thank you, Larry
