26-420 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

Hello. I need replacement window latches, but I cannot tell if I need 25-244 and 26-243 or 26-419 or 26-420. I cannot figure out how to ascertain the 3/8 versus 3/16. The dimensions of the latch ar 2 5/8 and 11/16. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of window latches(26-419 & 26-420) from you. They are the same size as the one in my window except for the end piece that retracts. No numbers or markings found on our existing hardware. I'm wondering if 26-419 & 26-420 will work? The main difference I see is the tab on our latch is 1/8" back and not 3/8" like the one shown in the additional images. I need to replace a surface mounted latch, left hand. Windows have other hardware that has, "MW" on it. I understand this company was bought out by Plygem. I have tried part number 26-419 & 26-420 they are too long and too tall. The height is 5/16. Do you have anything that will work? I can change colors if need be.ThanksMike

I think 26-419 and 26-420 may be a good match, but I want to be sure. Please advise as I am trying to order in bulk and do not want to mess this up. Thank you in advance.

I knocked out broken latch and measured , seem to be a 26-420 & 26-419 size. And a vent latch 26-122. Please advise as to correctness of my choices.

Hi. I read a couple other threads but I'm still not too certain which to choose. I think 26-243 & 26-244 will work but the space on one part is different. Mine says .375, would that make a difference?

I removed one of our broken latches. On the back it has Patent # 5,139,291. Looking at the selections you offer, the 26-419/26-420 latches look almost identical to the 26-243/26-244 latches. Which would be correct for replacing my broken latches. Also, I need will be replacing the latches on the 15 ... (cont.)

Needing the tilt latches and the tilt pins

They're Simonton double-hungs, flimsy as heck, so I may need a few extra. Those clasps or whatever you call them snapped off when someone tried to break in. The window was manufactured by Jeld-wen in late 1999 or 2000. I need the left and right tilt latch. Please let me know if you need additional pictures.
