This house was buiit 10 years ago and my friend bought it a year ago. these are certainly original windows but I cannot find a sticker with the manufacturer. the one lock is broken as you can see and i would like to order 6 replacements (looking ahead for future breakage) the latch is about 3 and 3/ ... My Mastic windows were installed in 2001. Most are in really good shape except for the tilt latches have snapped off in a few. Do you have parts to replace them? It looks as though they just snap in -- no screws.

Hello swisco Im trying to hunt down 4 of these window sash tilt latches and 1 window lock. There are no bugs on the window or any stickers on the frame to figure out who manufacturered these windows. Please advise on a replacement or similar that could work. Thx

Pivot bar And tilt latch replacement

The latch is 3 1/2" x 1" wide. These are about 20 yrs old and we need to replace throughout the house.

I need a window latch that is about 3 1/4 inches wide with 2 1/2 inches between the screws. But only 3/4 inch deep.

I believe this to be the Rollie style window tilt latch, likely around twenty-ish years old. Just want to ensure I order the correct parts. Thank you.

Hi Swisco, I mistakenly bought the Rollyson 2-5/8 Tilt Latch. They arrived today. I should have measured more precisely, which is my bad. But I didn't notice any tilt latches with the Rollyson Tilt Latch dimensions, that I need, online. More specifically, the screw holes have to be 2-1/2 verse ... (cont.)

I assume what I have is similar (or even identical) to your P/N 26-334. Your pictures on https://www.swisco.com/Top-Tilt-Latch-Set/pd/Internal-Latches-For-Tilt-Windows/26-334 lack the bottom view. Could you send me bottom view picture. Thanks.

This part allows the storm window to swing out 2"5/8 from screw hole to screw hole 3"1/2 total leaght 2 per window

Could not find any part numbers. Used on wooden window.

I am looking for replacement tilt handles as shown in the attached picture. The windows were made by Better Bilt and the handle measurement is 1 3/4" long by 1/2 " wide. I need to purchase 4 of these tilt handles that are missing on some of my windows.

See order # 1441365 for Sash Release Lever 26-119. These levers do not fit properly. the "U" shaped insert are to wide of our existing windows. While your's are 1/2"w x 1/2"h Our's are 3/8"w x 5/16"h. Otherwise the handle shapes and sizes are nearly identical. Picture attached. I'd like to return ... (cont.)

Need the proper tilt sash locks for Window model DH-R25 MST: 4066

Tilt latch from left side of the window. I can't find any identification on the window, it's a vinal single hung window. You have to remove the 2 locks with screws then snap off the top vinal cover to access the tilt latches. Any help identifying these parts would be great. Thanks ... (cont.)
