I would like to order an encore awning operator for a Milgard Tuscany series window but am not sure which one to order. It looks like the extender opens the window 15 1/2 inches. On the hardware found truth 41013 number and 41016

Hi - I'm looking to replace (2) Dual arm casement operators. I pulled on out and the measurements seem to match 39-239B. However, the crank itself doesn't seem to be angled like . Looking for a replacement crank as this one only cranks the window out but not back in. I also am unsure of the procedures to remove and install. There is a branding on one of the arms "TRUTH" with a image of a house next to it I think.

It looks like the part that connects the hinge to the window frame has broken. I don't know the part number for a replacement. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
