My dog busted through the open window and bent the metal awning operator. The plastic clips also got busted The casing that holds the crank, shown in pygem4.jpg measures 5 inches. I'm looking for the replacement parts.

Hello Swisco. Not sure how to describe these small parts (1.5"). These are bottom parts that broke. Items have numbers on them 31878 and 31879. They are a clip assembly that connects the opening hinge assembly to the base of the opening section of the window. The window is a Millgard Awning style vinyl window purchased in 2007 or 2008.

I think this part will replace a broken slider on my vinyl awning window. Measurements match the broken part. However, I need to know how wide the track is.
