I need 10 black nonmetal brackets (part no. 31878) for a Cascade extension window. The bracket fits into a groove on the window and is attached to the extension arm. A picture of the bracket on a working window is enclosed.g

I currently do not have a supplier for getting these two pieces, the pin attaches to window frame, and connects to a bar that limits how far the windows open. hi there, i purchased some detach clips but alas what i need is the part that has the circle knob button that goes in the track on the bottom of the window. i think it might have had a spring that helped it stay in? i couldn't find anything on the website that looked like the piece i need. thanks! ... This is the plastic piece that fits on the end of the window extension. Just the top part that slides into the window is broken. The bottom piece has the number 31879 on it.

I broke out the pin at the end of the scissors type operator on my awning window. I need new pin and clip and looks like there is a sheath type thing on the window itself. See photos.

These were labeled as Somilgard classic vinyl awning windows. Supposed to have a lifetime guarantee but apparently because I live in Hawaii, it is considered a corrosive environment despite the fact that I live miles from the ocean in a valley, it's excluded. I believe this piece originates from a Plygem Awning window as part of the window pivot assembly. Plygem does not have these parts for order directly.

My handyman tells me he needs "clips" for this. Any ideas?

Greetings- At the bottom of these awning windows is a guide with a plastic slide that travels In the guide and connects the operator arm to the window. These plastic guides crack and fail over time along with the arm connector. Hopefully you have this part so I can order it. Thanks, Scott ... (cont.)

Hi, this is a twenty year old Bonneville crank out, it will no longer close with the crank. It is not the handle or splines on spindle. On the mechanism arm is TPUTI 1. I am looking for replacement part. Thanks John

The parts (39-239B, 39-536, 39-558) were perfect and they work great. The window is functional again, thank you! Since the handle and cover on the broken unit were still intact, I didn't order the replacement part. However we can't figure out how to remove the cover from the unit. Is there a tric ... (cont.)

Hi! Just moved in to a new house and the attic window operator isn't connected to the window. It appears as if it's missing an adapter to connect the operating mechanism to the window. What am I missing and what do I need to repair this?
