15-218 Pivot Balance Shoe, 3/8"

Shoe broke. Need replacement. Can you assist with identifying correct part?

I am looking for replacement parts for a 20+ year old Care Free window for my parents house. Both pivot locking shoes are broken and the spring balances have gone missing. The window is 30" tall and 38.5" wide. Pics are included. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The pivot bar in my vinyl sash window sheered off. I am sending photos of the pivot bar on the other side and the part in the frame (lock shoe?) that the pivot bar goes into. I may need both parts as I can't get the piece of sheered off bar out of the lock shoe on the "bad" side. Thank you so much f ... (cont.)

Not positive what the part is called but it the part connected to spring that the pin on the side of sash goes into. The left side is sticking and the right side plastic has broken and part is separated from spring.

I need a pivot shoe that is 2" long ,3/4" wide , and 1/2" deep.

Would like to replace old tilt locks that are broken and a couple springs of you have something that would work. Need about 10 spring channel locks and 3 springs. Could also replace with spiral or channel balances if it would work. Only name I can find is "Polybau" on the Window lock latch hous ... (cont.)

These are from a Sun brand window that's about 19 years old. I need to purchase 5-10 of these so I can repair 2 windows and have some spare parts.

need metal'nail'and pivot shoe that holds the spring in place on the side of the window. The pivot shoe also allows the window to pivot into the room.

This is in regards to a Polybau window.This little pot metal oval shape end piece screw on the bottom of the window and then fits into a slotted piece in the window side channel. There is one on each side of the window.Just bought an older house and this one piece is broken causing the window to not ... (cont.)
