Looking for the shoe for this window. It's from a mobile home window. It had a spring connected to the top hook. Not traditional channel balance. Only identifier on the window was it said "care free" on the lock. Size: 1" wide, 1-1/2" tall plus 1/2" hook on top. 5/16" thick. 5/8" cam with 3/16" wide ... (cont.)

a customer has a window that won't stay up all the way but sags down. The balance she has in the channel is not like any on your site. What do you need from me to order the part? Interestingly, the springs are intact and not broken so I'm not sure what is wrong.

I'm trying to locate these window balances. They are springs attached with screws at the top of the frame. The springs are 24" long. Hello! I have multiple vinyl windows installed probably about 2000-01. I don't see names/markings to tell me the brand but many have these parts with the little metal cam lock piece broken. Is this something I can acquire replacements for?

I think pivot shoe is 15-213 but not 100 percent. Spring 24" and OD of 7/16" thanks for your help

Hello, are you able to help identify correct pivot shoes for these windows? They appear to only have a 1/4" diameter which seems thinner than what is available on your website.

The balance is just a plain spring. Not a coil spring, not a spring inside a channel, not a spiral spring, just a plain spring. The spring is hidden under a plastic glazing strip.

I'm trying to find this kind of balance shoe or anything similar
