15-045, 15-134, 15-218 may fit or I can make them fit, but what are compatible Pivot bar that goes with them ? Old measurement is 3/8" thick, 1" width, flexible height (can work with 2"). Preferring side mount, alternatively which shoe can work with 26-402. Thanks,

Identify this part or interchangeable.

I think i need some balancing shoes for this MGM window. It will not stay up. Also need a lock for one of them. This is a double hung window was installed about 18 years ago.

Hello i would like to know if this parts can be replaced on my windows. After 10 years they don't stay open. Any advise for replacement part or do Ii have to get them service. I bought a fish house, that has two of these vinyl windows in them however both windows are identical in size and all four slides have the same broken piece. As reflected in the picture. Can you identify the part I need?

Is this a pivot lock shoe, the white and blue plastic piece with the metal insert? It's approx 1" wide and 3/8" thick. Don't have a length bc the pc I took out is broken. Do you sell a similar replacement part?

One photo is the intact plastic tensioner that the spring connect to. The other photo is the broken part on the opposite side of the window. Can you help me identify and purchase the broken part? Thank you
