The part in the picture is not broken but I have several that are broken.

This is the bottom side of a ACAN double hung window. I am not sure the part number/details to order. Please suggest from the attached pictures.Thanks Nilay

Is 26-241 the correct replacement part for an Appleby window pivot pin? The measurements from your website appear to match the original part (length, width, thickness and hole placement to center of holes) but I am not sure. Thank you

I am working on a home where many of the windows had issues, so the owner cut the strings in the balance channels so they could open the windows. They discarded the channel balance feet. I am looking for this piece which I am pointing too. This connects the sliding window panel to the side mechanism on the frame. It helps keep the window up when the window is open.

I believe this is about half of the pivot pin. It has a tee head and is different from most of the ones I have seen. It is for a double hung window.

The metal pieces at the bottom of the window that go into the balance coil broke when I was tilting window out to clean them. When I tried to put window back in the other one broke also. These are 3 inches long. For vinyl double hung window lower sash. At bottom. It holds the window into the side sliding mechanism. Without it the window will not stay up and and when i tilt it to clean outside the wiindow comes completely out.

The photo attached is the bracket fixed in the bottom of the window and attaches to the sliding shoe in the window frame. It is 2-1/2" long X 5/16" X 3/16"

This cam piece in the pic broke on the right side. Can you also identify the balance marked 34C BSI? We also need both shoes in the pics.

I have been trying to replace the pivot bar (Product Code: 26-241) and now I do have more problem. The shoes is pretty old and it located all the way down so I am not able to put pivot bar into it.
