26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

We built our home in 1996, the Tilt Locks in the pix, several of them have broken. I want to replace them but not sure which part is correct. HELP????

Can you identify this hardware please

Hi. I can find these latches in white in my hometown of Calgary, Canada but not in beige. They look like your product code 26-244 and 26-243 but I can't be sure.

Please assist with letting me know if you have a compatible product

I need a pair of replacements tilt sash latches for a Pennco window, or a window with pennco hardware. 2 5/8" X 11/16 wide top X 7/16" Deep X 1/2 inch wide insert area. Numbers on item Pat. # 5,671,958

This is a 20 year old double hung window the tilt latch has broken on some of the windows, they are mortised into the a slot on the windows the only number on them is a 96 on the bottom

The left latch that you release to tilt out the window is broken and the spring is hanging out. The loops on the end of the balance where the shoe should go looks broken. However I am a novice at this so I may have got the names and stuff wrong'

My windows are Simmonton where can I get some.

Need to order some replacements. They seem to break as I open them. There was an L on the one I took a picture of.

Looking for tilt window latch for a Alside vinyl window.

Whenever the windows are open they slam shut. The spring on the right side is broken.

Can you recommend a replacement for this tilt latch?

Window installed appx 1999 NFRC100/200/300/301 Code: PAT 086 Series NC2200/NC2400 MST: 4060 need a left and right hand tilt clip for white window

need 2 pivot pins and 2 tilt latches (lower sash) for Simonton window installed approx. 2002. Both pins are missing so don't know which ones are needed. Same with tilt latches - both broken. All parts are for lower sash. Thanks

I have Croft vinyl windows and need some replacement latches. I have purchased some, but they do not fit because of a little knob on the side that slides in the groove. It binds. I need latches that slide in smoothly for these Croft windows. Any suggestions or remedies? Thanks.

I am looking for two tilt window locks (left and right) that look nearly identical to your 26-390 but the size is slightly different. Mine measures at: 2 5/8" 11/16" 3/8" Can you lend a hand?

There is a capital "M" in the middle of the back of the part. There is on the back at the top the following marling: PAT# 15139.291 I need both left and right side latches Thanks!!!!
