this part holds window up and allows for tilting out. I cant find in your parts pictures. Windows were installed in 2002 by a contractor. I found your PAT. number on a part thats how i matched you to windows. Can you help me buy this and install it also need Part#26-243 & #26-244 ... (cont.)

It looks like a 15-175,I ordered 2, one for each side,. measurement is same. Just hope theirs no L & R and a hole for the screw to go into and i hope i can figure out how to reinstall it all I also ordered 2 26-243 and 244 latches for this window. Thanks Emerson

Do you carry this tilt latch?

The part is plastic, located in upper right corner of window that prevents window from coming off the rail. Part contains a spring in it.

I had ordered 32 of the Slim Top Tilt Latch's Left and Right sides. Part Number 26-390 Part Number 26-391. They fit into the window frame work but are about 3/16" to long.Do you have any thing that is 2 11/16" X 3/4" wide?? I can't find any thing on your web suite.

I need some of your part numbers 26-243 and 26-244. I watched your video on how to replace them. On my windows, Traco Power IIs, the tilt latches fit sloppily and not tightly as shown in your video. They still function, but I am wondering if it is normal for these to fit loosely, or if there ... (cont.)

These are White Vinyl Windows and the Side Latches which allow them to tile are breaking. I've also had some of the bottom rods to break. These rods protrude from the bottom of the window into the jamb to engage the spring mechanism to hold the window up. I can take more photos if needed. PRISM ... (cont.)
