I need to know the part number of this tilt latch.

attached is the window latch, one not broken and the broken one. please let me know if we can get two of these.

I have simonton double hung windows. Two of them flopped out and now are very hard to raise or lower. I think the springs are ok #6.5 35" pat 5232208, but I am guessing I need to replace most of the nylon/plastic. Seeking left and right latches like these for Traco vinyl windows. The windows hinge inward for cleaning. There is a "95" stamped on the underside of the latch I pulled out and photographed. #1: unbroken #2: broken Not sure what they are called. Also one of the windows needs the part that looks like a quarter round that covers the spring.

This piece on the left side of my window is broken and wouldn't hold the window in. The only way the window holds in is when it's locked.

Attached are the images of the stickers from 2 Patriot windows in our house. The balance string broke on each one. I was told by Ply Gem that you have parts for these windows and that these stickers somehow indicate the weight of the windows. Does this help or do you need pictures of the windows ... (cont.)

I need to buy some replacement parts, specifically I'm looking for Alenco tilt window latches from windows built in 1996. I have attached two pictures from one of the good right side latches. The windows are 10 yrs old and they came out of there balance mechanisms and appear a dead weight. The nylon holders seemed to have cracked. They are double pane, tilt to clean, 36 Height by 34 Wide.
