26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

Hi I have several windows that have failed balances. There preventing my windows from opening and staying open. The hook at the one end of these fixes to the top of the window frame. I assume that there is at the bottom of part of the balance that has caused the issue. I haven't looked for this part ... (cont.)

I am looking to see if I can find this part for my windows. The part is white, 2 3/4 inches wide. Center slides so you can make the window go inwards. Thanks.

26-243 may work but more info needed. In the picture I am sending the 3/8 horizontal dimension(at top) the thin part would be the top which is 11/16. I need the dimension below that which is the body. That and the length are more critical than any other dimension as the body fits into slot in w ... (cont.)

Need to replace both balances in a basement window stamped 30-3. Need to replace one balance in an upstairs window stamped 28-3. I need three sets of trim tilt latches.

I have no numbers

Is it possible to replace this part? It is the window sash clip that holds the top of the window in place when open.

Do the latches come in pairs ?
