Hello! My home was build 25 years ago by the builder Ryan Homes. I'm not 100% sure of the brand of windows. I do not see any markings on them; however, the "tilt latch" has broken in one of them. I have broken right and left window latches which need replacements. The picture ending in 154807 is a functioning right latch. This one isn't broken, but I do have one that is broken. The other two pictures, ending in 155203 and 155215, are of the broken left latch. Thank you, Alan ... (cont.)

I have 3 windows form Seasonshield Window out of Georgia, i need to replace the ballances, and tilt lock relases. The windows are double hung with fixed top sashes. window 1 4 balsaters are 35" in lenght with no ball on the bottom the window size is 30"x 33" , there is 4 ballasters working ... (cont.)

I need a pair, right and left, for the same window. Dimensions are as follows: 2 5/8 inches length7/16 inches width 5/16 inches depth

Window is probably close to 20 years old, need to replace tilt latches, measured 2 5/8" long

All my dimensions match the dimensions of part# 26-243. My only question is on the 3/16" snap location. On my latch, 3/16" measures to the 2nd of 3 snapping tabs shown in my pic. Will 26-243 work for my application? Thanks.

Have several of these broken. Windows installed in 2010. Do not see any info on the locks and the installer has gone out of business.I've seen a few that look like they might be the correct replacements but am not sure.Ours have springs in them and the corner pieces have broken off.Thanks in advance ...
