Hello I'm looking to replace these simonton window latches. I've done some research online & cannot seem to find a good fit. Appreciate any help! Product has a .092 on the rear & measures about 3/8 for height.

Hi there! This broken right window latch is about 3 1/8" long and about 3/4" wide on the top. There are no markings or serial numbers on my window that I can find. Any help is appreciated!

These are spring loaded "internal" slide in latches. Please let me know if you have this size. I will need both left and right side. Thank you for your time and help! Sherri Axtell

The window was purchased from Viking Lumber in Belfast Maine in 2011-2012. Matthews Brothers was the manufacturer. The Right Hand tilt latch with a little spring inside broke and I need a replacement. The Left Hand latch (pictured) measures 3/4" wide by 2 3/4" long and is a surface mount, with no sc ... (cont.)

I have no idea the brand of my windows but both these latches are broken on an upstairs window.

This window no longer stays open. I am a complete novice. These windows were installed by a contractor in approximately 2008 and I do not know the manufacturer. It appears that the shoe is broken and no longer engages the balance mechanism. Can I just purchase a replacement shoes? Is this something ... (cont.)

these are on a cheep window in a Wayne home built in the late 90's

I need replacement right and left tilt latches

I would like 8 replacements and screen pins . If not available maybe something else I can adapt or use springs and securing catch/latch. Thanks for your help on this busy Friday.

The plastic triangle that engages the track is snapped off.

I have 1 Simonton window that needs the coil spring, pivot shoe, spring cover and pivot bar to be replaced on both sides of the window. Also have 1 window where the tilt latch needs to be replaced.
