26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

Looking for replacement (L & R) latches. No identifying marks or labels on window. Hopee you can help identify the spects

I work in maintenance for townhouses in the Hudson Valley and we have not been able to find these exact tilt latches anywhere. Do you carry them?

I think these are the slim type, measured the against the measurements on your website, mine was about 1/16 " smaller. The ones I was looking at were the model # 26-390 and 26-391.

Silver line windows installed by builder. Broken lock and release latch.

I need both left and right replacement latches for the upper and lower sashes. The upper sash latches are flat and hidden. See photos 1 & 2. The lower sash latches are raised and exposed. See photos 3 & 4. All latches are slide and snap into the side of the sash design.

the windows have no markings. I have attached photos of a intact latch and one that has broken. what is available to repair or replace. would prefer to not modify a top latch if the parts are available

I need 3 left and 3 right tilt-in clips. Can you match these from the photo? I also need 2 of the lift clips. I included the photo of the lock for reference only.

Simonton window tilt latch. 2 5/8" wide on top, 5/8" deep, 5/16" height.

The measurements of the old tilt latch are: Length: 2 11/16", width: 11/16", thickness 3/8". I tried one from Home Depot (Vinyl window latch (white) mortise installation, 3/8" thick housing, Model # F 2749). It fits in the window but is too long (won't let the window close). I need to know what part I need for these tilt latches. The length is 2 3/4 inch and width is 3/4 inch. That's about all I know. I figure if I can get the right part then I'll try to find directions on how to remove the old and install the new ones. Any help Is appreciated!

This is a 2 5/8 X 11/16. This looks very close if not identical to your product on the web site except mine is oval on the top. Can you verify if this is basically the same? Mine is almost 20 years old so I am sure the design is oval compared to the square top.Thank you, Matt
