Hello. I need to replace broken tilt latch on Gentek side sliding double hung window. Original part has a spring. First photo shows broken latch on bottom. Second photo shows intact latch. Please advise on what to order.

Left side balance broken on 2 windows. Sash weighed 19 lbs. Latch also broken. Simonton.

That's the best I can do with these pictures. I'm sure they had it left and right markings because this one is marked L. I have these on my windows and they are little slides with a pin to hold window when opening so they do not come inward. I need to replace several because of sun damage making them brittle.
