Please see attached pictures. Need the following items Qty 2 Pivot Lock Shoes, Qty 2 Tilt Latches, Qty 2 Sash Pivot Pins. Pivot pins are missing on both sides of the window hopefully you can suggest a replacement based on the Pivot Lock Shoe pic?

I bought 3 sets of tilt latch 26-393B but they dont fit. I need the latch that is about 2 3/4" long not including the part that sticks into the wall of the window. Can I return those and you send me the ones that I need for the images that I sent?

I have double hung tilt windows. Some of the window latches have broken. I need to identify the correct replacement parts with correct sizes to match the one I currently have.

The tilt latches for 1 of my windows is broken (both sides). One of the little tabs has broken off. I found a "7A" number on it. Also a Pat.#5,139,291 number on the latch. Hi there! I discovered that the latches on both sides of this window are broken. I believe the correct part to replace this is the Truth Tilt Latch Set (26-442). It looks like this part is currently sold out. Can someone confirm that this is the right part? Thank you!

Hi, I have older windows probably from the 90s and I need the attached parts for them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking to replace snap-in tilt latch set, but having trouble finding the correct part. The original has markings of PAT #5,139,291. Also has marking of 92 on the latch itself, and 8A on the body. Need both letf and right latches. Rough demensions are L-3", W-10/16", & H-7/16". ... (cont.)

I need to replace several "Tilt Window Latches" but I'm sure which latches I need. The attached photo is of a sticker I found on the side of the window. I'm hoping you can use the information on the sticker to tell me what Tilt Window Latch I need. Thank You
