I am looking for replacement tilt latches for my milgard windows. The dimensions are overall length 2-5/8". height 3/8" bottom width 9/16" top width 11/16" the distance between the edge and the bottom spring part is 1/16" I need two latches. one for each side.

Hello, My apartment has several of these windows and most of them have broken or severely damaged clips which causes the windows to fall out of the frame. Do y'all have a lead on where I can get some replacement clips and how to install them? Thanks, Daniel

Need both left and right side top latch. The left latch has a J and the right latch has an elongated 0 molded in it. Both have the number 092 molded in it.

I am trying to replace a broken sash lock . I need 5 lefts and 5 rights. The patent number 5,139,291K. 7/16 inches thick. It is 2 and 5/8 inches long. There is a "195" at the end of the part.

Measurements for replacement tilt latch seems to be 11/16 x 2 5/8 x 3/8. The housing length appears to be 2 1/2. Only identifying mark for manufacturer of windows is stamp on aluminum (pic 'JDI 2011'). I will need 13 pairs of these replacement latches if you have the parts. Thank so much for yo ... (cont.)
