The latch is almost the same as the original, but the original body appears about 1/8" longer so the nose has minimal overlap with the frame if the latch is pushed fully into its mounting slot. Hello, I'm trying to find a replacement Farley window tilt latch part and would like some help identifying it. Windows were installed in May, 2007. What parts are needed to repair a window? The length of the spring attachment is 31 inches.

I need to replace this broken tilting window latch. I think to window was made by Winco.It is a vinyl single hung window that is about 20 years old.ThanksElmer

Looking to replace 6 pairs (right and left side) of windows. Have no brand names of windows. Looking at the top of the latch, it measures 2 5/8" X 5/8" (maybe 9/16") From the side view it measures 7/16" top to bottom.

Our installers were working on a window and broke these two parts. Do you have them available?

Hi I am needing parts for Simonton single hung windows installed in 2000. Tilt latches ..2 left and 2 right sides Also may need to replace coil for left side of one window. Thanks for letting me know if you have these replacement parts.

Hi, Needing to replace ballasts and a latch. I have at least 4 ballasts that need to be swapped out - plastic housing and counter weights. I also have the illustrated latch (I'm sure my terminology is wrong) to replace. Thanks in advance for your help! Ken
